A — Oklahoma OREC Transfer

Email your current broker in writing that you are transferring your license. Get all emails and copies of contracts. They will lock you out fast. Go to oklahoma.gov/orec.html → Login to Current Licensee Login Click "Transfer Brokerage" Change Status to Activate License. AXEN Realty LLC Company License #: 212083. ($40 Transfer Fee paid on site)

C — What to Expect

You will receive an introductory email from AXEN A separate email with your new AXEN email will arrive. Log in through Gmail Access all training and information in the shared Google Drive of your AXEN email Watch for Lofty and SkySlope setup emails (if not received within 48 hours, go to axenrealty.com/live-support) Join the National Facebook Group: AXEN National Group Join the Oklahoma State Facebook Group: AXEN Oklahoma Group

Change your pipeline to "Deal Desk Ready" Submit your signed agreements via SkySlope TC will handle all compliance review and coordinate with title

E — OK Advertising Requirements

All advertising (social media, websites, print, signs) must be broker-approved before publishing. When in doubt, run it by Monica first. Every ad must include your name as a licensee. If using a trade name, it must be registered with OREC and your broker. Every ad (print and digital) must include AXEN Realty in a way that is prominent, conspicuous, and easily identifiable. On websites, the broker/brokerage reference must appear on every individual page and frame. Yard signs must display the brokerage office phone number (this is the only time a phone number is specifically required). Teams cannot advertise under the team name alone. Brokerage and individual info must be at least 50% larger than any team reference. "Advertising" under OREC includes everything: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, your website, print materials, and any form of promotion related to licensed activity.
