Are there any monthly fees?
There's a $50/month platform fee that covers your full tech stack, Deal Desk, and contract management. No desk fees, no percentage splits. The platform fee can also be paid on closings instead of monthly.
How fast can I get started?
Most agents are fully onboarded within 48–72 hours of completing their license transfer. You'll have access to all tools and Deal Desk support on day one.
Can I keep my current deals?
Yes. Any deals already under contract can typically transfer with you. Your state broker will help coordinate the transition.
Do I need to be full-time?
No. AXEN works for part-time and full-time agents. No production minimums, no monthly requirements beyond the platform fee.
What is the Admin Fee?
The $295 admin fee per closing covers broker compliance, training, events, and ongoing support. It can be paid by the client or covered by preferred vendors — many agents pass it through entirely.
