Earnest Money

California requires earnest money to be deposited within 3 business days of acceptance. Always confirm with your TC.

DRE License

Your license must show AXEN Realty (License #01997200) before you can advertise or represent clients. Do not close deals until transfer is confirmed.

Company Phone

All ads and signage must include (623) 624-9685 as the company phone number.

Advertising

Every piece of advertising — postcards, social media, signs, flyers — must include brokerage name, license number, and phone. No exceptions.
